GEM Equine can provide top quality ultrasound scanning of tendons, ligaments, joints and reproductive organs.
Ultrasound is used to create imagery for the soft tissue structures mentioned above. It provides us with invaluable information when diagnosing injury or any issues that may affect the horse physically or reproductively. Common areas of concern are ovaries and uterus of mares for breeding purposes, and leg tendon injuries.
